All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may adjust after in‑person inspection. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

A 50% deposit is required to secure materials and reserve your spot on our schedule. Remaining balance is due at completion.

Turnaround varies by project type and current workload. Estimated timelines are provided during quoting and may adjust if additional repairs or materials are required.

Customers may provide their own materials; however, RJW is not responsible for defects, shortages, or performance issues related to customer‑supplied fabrics.

Cancellations made after materials have been ordered will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is available upon request.

RJW guarantees craftsmanship for 12 months from completion. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by environmental exposure.

Completed items must be picked up within 7 days unless otherwise arranged. Storage fees may apply after this period.
